Summary : Walter Reed Army Medical Center is sending 22 severely wounded veterans of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars to New York City this weekend.Some of them will be accompanied by wives and children, for a party of about 50, including a half-dozen Walter Reed medics to make sure all goes well. The trip has been organized by Hospital Audiences, Inc, a NYC not-for-profit that has been doing its good works here for 40 years.
